University's Petition Filing Fees for Form I-129 (Nonimmigrant Worker)
Initial, sequential (transfer), & change of status petitions:
- $320 Base Filing Fee; H-1B, TN, O-1
- $500 Anti-Fraud Fee; H-1B
Extensions with same employer:
IFSS provides hiring departments the services of filing employment-based petitions and applications. The nonimmigrant reserves the right to retain the services of an immigration attorney and will be responsible for all associated attorney fees. Law firms must submit all immigration-related documents directly to IFSS for review, approval, and signature. University employees are prohibited from signing Form G-28, “Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative” without review and approval of the Office of Legal Counsel.
