Retiree Identification Card

The Office of Human Resources processes your retirement and sends you a retiree letter. Present this letter to the One Card Office to receive your retiree I.D. card. The One Card Office is located at:

OUHSC: Service Center Building
next door to the Bursar's Office

Tulsa: ID can be obtained at the Human Resources Office
