The Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System (OLERS)

The Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System is a retirement plan administered by the State of Oklahoma. Oklahoma statues establish the rules and procedures governing OLERS. Provides lifetime retirement benefits upon eligibility.

Participation -- Limited to Commissioned Police Officers.

Contributions -- Employee contributes 8% of base salary, deducted on a pre-tax basis.
