MyOU - New Employee Orientation
MyOU, the University of Oklahoma New Employee Orientation (NEO), is a full day interactive experience designed to welcome you to the University of Oklahoma.
Opportunities at MyOU
During this interactive program, new employees have an opportunity to:
- Meet other new employees
- Learn about the University, its organization, mission, and culture
- Identify resources provided for employees
- Review key policies and procedures
- Discuss and make decisions about benefits, including but not limited to health insurance and retirement
- At the Health Sciences Center, receive a bus tour of the campus
- In Norman, walking tours are available the day following the MyOU orientation
How to Enroll
Click here to enroll online for Norman and OUHSC MyOU. A benefits-only orientation is available in Norman twice a month and can be found at the same link. To complete online enrollment, you will need an EMPL ID which is your employee identification number. If you do not have one yet, enter 00000 in that field. New Tulsa employees will be contacted directly by HR and do not need to enroll online. For more information about MyOU, contact Learning and Development on your campus.
