This online printable version of the earning statement is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Departments with limited or no access to computers have an opportunity to receive paper copies of their statements. Please join the Green Wave and go online!

5. Copies are always within your reach. Electronic pay statements are saved in Employee Self-Service as far back as 2003.
