Employee Information

The employee information page was developed to provide all employees one site to come to for a quick reference to your most frequent questions.

  • All new and rehired employees must complete the steps in the New Employee Guide prior to the first day of enrollment.

  • State Law Requires that all Employees (except students and temporaries) must participate in direct deposit or PayCard within 30 days of their hire date.
    See Step #5 of the New Employee Guide.

  • Requests for prior year duplicate W-2's are not accepted before February 15 of the following year. Requests are processed one day a week and will be mailed to the employee unless otherwise specified. To avoid having your W-2 sent to the wrong address, please be sure to update your address with the Office of Payroll and Personnel Records or through your campus Employee Self Service prior to December 31st. Current University employees can now reprint their W2's through the Employee Self Service.  Please note that the .pdf file will not open if pop-up blocker has been turned on in your web browser.  If the pop-up blocker is active, you may turn off the pop-up blocker or press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking the hyper link for the 'check date' if you wish to keep the pop-up blocker active.

Employee Self-Service

  • Employees needing to make changes to their tax withholding need to complete a W-4 to adjust federal taxes or a State Withholding Tax Form for changes in their state taxes. Please submit to Payroll.

  • All benefit eligible employees are granted 11 days of holiday pay each year.

  • Graduate Assistants who will be reappointed for the Fall will need to complete new Payroll paperwork to include a new I-9 and Loyalty Oath in early August if they are terminated by their department for the summer. The deadline for making the August Payroll is August 12th. This means your reappointment and paperwork will need to be completed and submitted to the Payroll Office by that date. To be eligible for the Student FICA (Social Security) Exemption on the August check, you will need to be enrolled by August 5th, prior to the FICA audit run on the August payroll.
