Job Duties:
Finance interns will:
* Assist with the transfer of stored digital finance files from current system into a more current storage/share file system.
* Shadow and assist Finance Division personnel with day-to-day tasks such as travel coordination, document scanning, etc.
* Participate in the required Division training.
* Follow required OESC and Finance Division safety / security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience requirements • Must currently be enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Special Skills/Requirements/Preferences *Computer Skills – Employee must be capable of proficiently using OESC’s standard software (Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams), and the Internet, as well as proficiency to learn other software as needed.
Physical Requirements:
*Employee must be capable of lifting, carrying and moving objects of up to 25 pounds.
