Job Duties:
- Serve as one of the on-site Event Lead responsible for successful program execution specifically within "Devon SportsLab" events
- Work alongside the Director of Operations and Operations Manager to deliver high-quality programming
- Lead small and large student groups through STEM and sports activity stations
- Deliver activities with enthusiasm, clarity, and confidence
- Clearly explain instructions, demonstrations, and learning concepts across a variety of sports and STEM activities
- Maintain strong group engagement and positive energy throughout events
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as programming requires
- Assist with efficient setup and teardown of program equipment and activity stations
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrates a strong understanding of sports fundamentals and STEM concepts, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences.
