Job Duties:
  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions. 
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience is not required – we will train you! Excellent customer service skills and etiquette. Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures. Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages. Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time for the duration of each shift. Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests. Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen.
